The Committee Room

The historic Committee Room has been used by Members of the Club for numerous events, meetings and dinners for hundreds of years.

Adjoining is the Card Room, a useful break-out and refreshment room, complete with lawn views, a fireplace and armchairs. The Committee Room walls are a tiffany-blue colour and the polished wooden floor makes it ideal for evening events where a disco is required to entertain guests.

The Committee Room is also a reception and/ or break-out room, used for larger events hosted in the Coffee Room. Ideal for small to medium-sized meetings, the Committee Room can be transformed with a dance-floor, live band and DJ for evening events.

“Our guests commented what a beautiful venue it was; great service and that the table look amazing.”

Suffolk Chamber of Commerce, 2015

“Coming from a catering background I can honestly say that our event was run impeccably. The front of house staff were outstanding, the food was sublime, and the accommodation was perfect. Our tour after breakfast was the icing on the cake, impressive is an understatement.”

Jo, private individual, 2015
