On Friday 26th May 2023 The Jockey Club was granted an injunction which prohibits acts intended to disrupt The Derby Festival at Epsom Downs Racecourse.
On Friday 11 August 2023 the Jockey Club filed a Committal Application against Mr Ben Newman for breach of the Injunction Order dated 26 May 2023.
